The Heads of State and Government of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS), will be meeting at their 10th Summit in Luanda, Angola, on 9 December 2022 under the theme: “3 Continents, 3 Oceans, 1 Common Destiny: Building a Resilient and Sustainable OACPS.
