The Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry Signed an MoU to Work in Collaboration With Asia African Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed Memorandum of Understanding to work in collaboration with Asia African Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Kenya.

PACCI is an independent, non-profit and non-partisan organization established in 2009 to serve Africa’s business by promoting for public policies that will foster continental economic integration, competitiveness, and sustainable growth.

AACCI acts as a trade and business promoting Chamber, supporting SMEs and Industries by means of representing them as bilateral Chamber for the Asian and African region and help them to build better economic growth and sustainable Business. The Chamber also promotes the interest of its members’ businesses while cooperatively working to establish an enabling environment and economic climate for success in the business community in Asia and Africa.

 

As per the MoU, the Parties will cooperate in organizing a side event at the Intra Africa Trade Faure 2023, which will take place from 21 – 27 November 2023 in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire. IATF2023 will provide a unique and valuable platform for businesses to access an integrated African market of over 1.3 billion people with a GDP of over US$3 trillion created under the African Continental Free Trade Area.

Moreover, the Parties will offer reasonable assistance to the delegations visiting each other’s market, with missions related to trade, investment and economic co-operation, including but not limited to, supplying relevant information and providing overview on the sectors requested by the delegations, to the extent permitted by the applicable laws and government regulations with which either of the Parties has to comply.
