What: The annual commemoration of Africa Industrialization Day commemorated through a weeklong event. The event will be held virtually through a series of webinars covering a range of topics and themes relevant to Africa’s industrialization agenda.

Who: Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) of the African Union Commission (AUC) in partnership with the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO), United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD), AfroChampions Initiative and the Government of Niger.
In a Private Sector Roundtable session dubbed Voice of the Private Sector in Africa’s Industrial Development, this will be moderated by AfroChampions on Tuesday 17th November 2020 from 17.30 to 19.30 Addis Ababa time (GMT+3). The Pan African Chamber of Commerce will serve as a panelist to voice out the role of the Private Sector in Africa’s industrial development.
